XFIT Team Boxing

Competition training with our competitive boxing team. Learn how to punch, block, and improve footwork. Learn how to defend yourself. Follow the process to become an amateur boxer and represent the XFIT Boxing team.

HIIT with XFIT

Great for all fitness levels. Our HIIT class is designed to drive members towards a healthy fitness-focused lifestyle.  Focused on reaching fitness goals, building confidence and self-esteem; our HIIT instruction can be a valuable part of anyone's fitness journey.
